1. Fee Payment Policy

Course fees paid to D’Finite Academy are considered confirmation of admission and seat reservation in the selected program. Once enrolled, students gain access to academic resources, faculty support, study materials, assessments, and other educational services.

2. Refund Eligibility

As educational services, study materials, faculty resources, and seat allocations are planned in advance, course fees are generally non-refundable once admission has been confirmed.

Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of D’Finite Academy management.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after enrollment.
  • Failure to attend classes.
  • Personal scheduling conflicts.
  • Relocation or transfer to another city.
  • Lack of participation in classes or activities.
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations.
  • Partial completion of a course.
  • Missed classes, workshops, or assessments.

4. Online Programs

For online coaching programs, fees are non-refundable once access to classes, study materials, recorded sessions, practice platforms, or digital resources has been provided.

5. Batch Transfers

In certain situations, students may request a transfer to another available batch, subject to seat availability and management approval. Approval of such requests remains solely at the discretion of D’Finite Academy.

6. Cancellation by D’Finite Academy

In the unlikely event that a course or batch is cancelled by D’Finite Academy, students may be offered:

  • An alternative batch or course, or
  • A refund as determined by the management.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, the amount will be processed through the original payment method or another approved method within a reasonable period, subject to administrative procedures.

8. Policy Modifications

D’Finite Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on this page.
